Do you offer after-hours service for commercial accounts?
Wind Rose responds to commercial service calls outside standard hours by arrangement — commercial accounts with established service relationships get prioritized after-hours response. A blanket 24/7 claim is not posted because the shop is owner-operated; what is offered is a real after-hours line that a building manager can use.
Can you handle the gas-side work on a commercial mechanical job?
Yes. Wind Rose holds the Red Seal gas fitter credential alongside Red Seal plumber. Mechanical-room gas supply, commercial water-heater gas connections, and gas-line work for process applications are in-house scope.
